What type of materials are used? 

We pride ourselves in only using the finest materials. All of our jewelry is 18k gold and we only use genuine diamonds and gemstones. If you would like us to provide certification on the quality of our jewelry please contact us studio@uniformobject.com, 

Where do you ship? 

We service and ship worldwide. If you need assistance on pricing in your currency, please email studio@uniformobject.com. 

Do you offer returns/refunds? 

Every single Uniform Object piece is made to order. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order after we confirm after purchase. After that time we will not accept returns/refunds. 

Do you offer custom work? 

We do accept select commissions for custom work. We may also accept recommendations to alter an already existing pieces. Please emailstudio@uniformobject.com to inquire. 

What is my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. If this is not possible, we are happy to send a ring sizer to you. Please email us at studio@uniformobject.com. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as it is a personal preference but we will do our best to help guide you.

I don’t see my ring size online. What should I do?

We list our most popular sizes online but we offer inclusive sizing such as, larger sizes, smaller sizes, and quarter sizes. To inquire about a specialty size, please email us at

Do you offer financing options?

You may qualify for financing via Shopify.

Where can I buy your jewelry?

We are available only at select stockists and our online store. 

What happens if my jewelry breaks? 

We have taken extra care to ensure of jewelry is made to last a lifetime. In the off-chance that one of our pieces breaks we will coordinate a repair to the jewelry at no charge to you. We will provide this service up to 1 year after delivery. After that time, we will charge a minor fee to help coordinate repairs. 

How quickly can my jewelry get made?

Please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping for us to produce your piece. For a truly bespoke piece, the timeline depends on stone sourcing and the design process but we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs.

Do you provide rush services?

While we do not provide a standard rush service, please email us at 

studio@uniformobject.com to let us know your scheduling needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes. We can resize any UNIFORM OBJECT ring up or down for you, with the exception of open ring, and pave. We offer this service for a subsidized fee, and you can reach out to studio@uniformobject.com for more details.

Do you gift wrap?

Each piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a UNIFORM OBJECT box when shipped. If the gift is a surprise, we are happy make sure no branding appears on the shipment so it stays top secret up until the last minute - just let us know.

Will my stones match the pictures on the website exactly?

Every stone is natural and unique, so color varies from stone to stone. Please let us know if you have any special requests pertaining to the color of your stone. While we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the stones, photographed, we want you to love the piece you get.

Do you provide appraisals?

We are happy to provide you with an evaluation that documents the retail value of each piece for insurance purposes. Please note, however, that an evaluation is not an appraisal, which would comes from a third party, certified appraiser.
